I created Gain & Motivation in 2019. Health and fitness are two of my passions. I'm in the gym 4 to 5 times a week, so I'm wearing gym clothes more often than I'm not. I found myself always looking for new workout clothes and soon realized how overpriced gym apparel is. That realization motivated me to create Gain & Motivation. I believe that everyone should have access to stylish, comfortable, and affordable workout gear. We all know that when you look good, you feel good, so my mission is to provide you with the best quality fitness apparel at prices that won't break the bank.
